Unique Betsey Johnson esque peplum ruffle dress. High neckline with structural short sleeve and subtle shoulder pads. Drop waist. Made from mid weight cotton fabric with a little stretch. Greyish green colour with black abstract print.
Incredible silhouette on the body. Would make a killer mini dress if altered or hitched up.
