Insanely cool 70s evening gown. With rhinestone exclamation shaped motif on the bust that practically screams “look at me!!”. Beautiful iridescent deep blue that catches the the light. Gathered fitted bust with high neckline halter.
Fabric is either silk velvet or rayon velvet.

At first glance this looks like a 90s piece but the tag and construction point to this being 70s or even 60s.
