VINTAGE 90s BIAS CUT POWDER BLUE ROSETTE SLINKY EVENING DRESS

Cross over corset-like feature at the back with little rosettes. Spaghetti straps. Fitted throughout the bodice falling to flared mermaid hem and side splits.
Light blue rayon outer shot with silver shimmer. Lilac acetate lining. No zips or buttons, slips on over. Fabric has slight stretch and is cut on the bias - drapes like a dream.

Some small faint yellow marks on the back of hem. See photo.
