VINTAGE 60s 70s DESIGNER ELLEN TRACY TARTAN MAXI SKIRT

Unique design wrap skirt with red taffeta plaid tartan outer and black and white cotton polka dot lining. Cream lace frill on the lining that peeps out the bottom and wide black ribbon waist band. Reminiscent of Vivienne Westwood.

So many ways to wear this. Can be worn wrapped high waisted, low waisted, inside out with the polka dot side showing, worn as a long wrap over the top of pants or another skirt..

Union made 💪🏻

In good vintage condition with some fraying to the ends of the waist ties and some very minor discolouration to lace.
