Mutton sleeve, high neck Victorian lace collar, huge statement bow at the back with large waterfall ruffle. Shoulder pads. Wiggle / pencil style skirt.
Buttons and zip closure down the back.
Ruffle bubble peplum at the hip.

Excellent condition with one tiny brown spot on the top of shoulder on the lace. See photo. Barely noticeable at all.
