Incredible white voluminous ruffle neck top with delicate butterfly mesh lace. Long mutton sleeve that can be ruched up on the arm to create shorter puff sleeve. Collar can be worn standing up around the neck or over the shoulder. Elasticated around waist. Hook and eye closures at the front.
