VINTAGE 70s 80s RED VELOUR FRENCH MIDI DRESS

Prairie / cottage style midi dress with Victorian high neck ruffle collar. Made from soft lightweight velour like fabric with acetate lining. 3/4 bishop sleeve. Nipped in at the waist with A-line knee length skirt. Very lightly padded on the edge of the shoulder. Belt loops. Elastic waist.
Button and zip closure at the front.
