VINTAGE 90s DEEP BURGUNDY VELVET MAXI SKIRT & SHAWL TOP / SKIRT WRAP

Soft silk / rayon textured velvet full length a-line skirt with matching shawl. Shawl is beaded along the hem and has ornate silver hook closure at the front. Can be worn wrapped around the top of the skirt when fastened in place or draped over arms.
