Vintage handmade Victorian mourning dress replica. Big statement puff bishop sleeve with long cuffs. Large ruffle detail around the shoulders. High neck collar with button closure. Full skirt with elastic waist. Fabric is a light and breezy polyester with subtle embossed stripe.

Size: M to XXL (I have replaced the degraded elastic in the waist with fresh elastic and knotted it up so that you can adjust to the perfect size)
