VINTAGE 80s 90s BLACK VELVET CORSET WESTWOOD -ESQUE RUFFLE MINI DRESS

Velvet striped bright blue layered ruffle skirt with velvet strapless bodice. Corset boning with hook and eye closures at front and lacing down the back. Reminiscent of an 80s or early 90s Vivienne Westwood.
